Refund & Return Policy

Customers should ensure that all purchase items are returned in their original condition and original packaging. All labels must be retained and attached to the items. Replace the initial delivery label with the pre-paid return label included in your parcel and carefully sealed. Drop your parcel off at any FedEx or a UPS location in the state where your parcel was delivered.

Once the return is received, our team will review it to make sure it is in good condition and if it is please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund to reflect as store credit on your site account, if otherwise, then you will receive an email from our team explaining reasons for the denial and your item will be shipped back to you at your own expenses (you will be charged for shipping).

Every return must be received within the 30days window. For orders placed with Prepaid Cards, kindly note that ANITA BUECK has no control over your refund, pending charge, and payment processing times as these financial institutions process these cancellations on their own time.
